Commonly referred to as “solid surface,” this is an acrylic-based composite material ideal for kitchen, bathroom, and other surfaces requiring high physical and chemical resistance along with strict hygiene standards. The material is widely used in various interior and exterior applications due to its almost unlimited design possibilities and extensive range of colors.

The main advantages of solid surface include monolithic structure, virtually invisible seams, easy maintenance due to its non-porous nature, a wide range of colors, long-lasting appearance even under intense use, and practically limitless design options.

DuPont™ Corian®, Staron, and Meganite brand surfaces are very easy to care for; no special knowledge is required. Simply use your usual cleaning products and follow the instructions on the labels. They can be cleaned using practically any household cleaning product designed for surfaces. For more effective methods, refer to the “Solid Surface Maintenance Guide”.

All our offered materials come with a 10-year material guarantee from the material manufacturers. This means that the material manufacturer stands behind the material’s properties and color stability over many years. A 10-year warranty indicates the excellent quality of the material and the material  manufacturer’s confidence in their performance. “KORTE.DESIGN” products come with a 24-month warranty.

Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages. The goal is to select a material where the advantages are significant for you and the disadvantages are less important. Some of the advantages of solid surface include monolithic products in any configuration, absolute non-porosity ensuring unbeatable cleanliness, relatively straightforward surface restoration, and practically unlimited design variations.

Any monitor may display the selected color in a slightly different tone, so it’s safer to order color samples to ensure they match your vision and fit your interior. Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned. If you’re familiar with Corian/Staron/Meganite color swatches, rest assured that we will use the exact same material.

In our configurator tool you can customize and create the bathroom vanity of your design in precise dimensions, angles and other features that are required according to your bathroom configuration. You can also choose any material colour from our selected range.
After finishing customization of your design in configurator you will receive a drawing in your email with the main dimensions, where you should double check all the measures to ensure that everything is correct. VIDEO TUTORIAL HERE.

You will receive a drawing along with a specification that includes information about the vanity—such as the color, upstands and downstands, sink model, and drain. All the other accessories should be ordered seperately under section – ,,ACCESSORIES”.

The estimated time for order fulfillment is 3 to 6 weeks. However, you will receive a specific deadline via email after placing your order. If the deadline is a determining factor for your decision, proceed as follows: Once the product is designed, go to checkout, select the option to receive an invoice, and in the “Ask a Question” section, indicate your preferred deadline. We will then respond to your request. This is the only way to save your design and ensure it isn’t lost during the Q&A process.

You can choose from multiple payment methods:

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped for ready-made products and accessories. Customized products can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note that custom-made products are not returnable. Our packaging is designed with quick-open lids. Please inspect the product in the presence of the courier, and if you find any damage, make a note on the delivery documents. In this case, the damage will be covered by the insurer, and you will receive a replacement item. If no damage is noted, we will not be able to replace the item

The two thinnest options are designed for mounting on cabinets, and the third option can be mounted on both – cabinets and walls:

In the ‘Accessories’ section, you will find the mounting brackets and fasteners. Please select fasteners based on your wall type (drywall, brick wall, concrete wall, etc.). Note that we are not responsible for the quality or durability of the wall. If the brackets are securely installed, they will support the necessary load.
