Use & Care

Learn how to use, clean, and maintain your Solid Surface bathroom vanity — so it stays as beautiful and durable as the day it arrived.

Instructions for your bathroom vanity

  1. Routine Maintenance: For daily care, wipe surfaces with a damp microfiber cloth and a mild soap or household cleaner. This will effectively remove soap scum, toothpaste, and other residues.
  2. Stain Removal: For tougher stains, use a gentle abrasive cleaner or a mixture of baking soda and water. Apply with a soft sponge in a circular motion, then rinse thoroughly.
  3. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use window cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can leave a waxy residue that dulls the surface. Instead, stick to mild cleaners designed for solid surfaces.
  4. Preventing Build-Up: It’s essential to dry surfaces completely after cleaning to prevent water spots and film formation. Make sure to wipe up spills promptly for the best results.

  1. Weekly Care: Clean your sink regularly by using a soft cloth with a detergent or hard-surface cleaner to remove any residues from normal use. For a deeper clean, a diluted bleach solution (3/4 bleach and 1/4 water) can be sprayed on the sink. Leave it for a few hours before rinsing thoroughly.
  2. Addressing Stains: For common spills like coffee, vinegar, or dyes, promptly clean the area using a damp cloth and mild abrasive cleaner if needed.

  1. Handle Chemical Spills Quickly: If strong chemicals accidentally spill (like paint strippers or cleaners with harsh solvents), flush the area with plenty of soapy water immediately to avoid damage.
  2. Hard Water Considerations: If you live in an area with hard water, mineral build-up may occur. Use a dedicated hard-water cleaner to tackle any stubborn stains.

Corian surfaces are inherently renewable. Minor scratches or stains can often be repaired easily at home. For light scratches, clean the area with soapy water, then buff with a mild abrasive pad in a circular motion to restore its finish.
