Custom-Made & Personalized Products
Custom-configured vanities and standalone basins are made-to-order and produced according to your specific requirements. For this reason, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws for personalized goods.
Exceptions apply only in the case of transport damage or production errors. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to the section on Damaged or Defective Items below.
Standard Products & Accessories
Items such as basin mixers, drainage parts, and material samples fall under the standard return policy.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- You may request a refund or exchange — your choice.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.
- Send an email to info@korte.design including clear photos of the damage.
- Notification must be made as soon as damage is noticed, and latest 14 days of delivery.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate and in line with EU consumer protection regulations.
Inspection Period
Due to the nature of our products — including large, high-value items — we ask that all customers inspect their delivery within 14 days of receipt.
Any damage or issues not reported within this period may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
